I have selected these two cover drawings because they are very similar. Both of them present Superboy and Cleopatra with tigers. The First drawing is from ADVENTURE COMICS NO.183 DECEMBER 1952 by artist Win Mortimer (you can read inside the story entitled "Superboy and Cleopatra" by artist John Sikela, plus stories of Aquaman, Johnny Quick and Green Arrow), and the second one from ADVENTURE COMICS NO.291 DECEMBER 1961 by artists Curt Swan & George Klein (with the inside story entitled "Superboy's Romance with Cleopatra" by artists Curt Swan & George Klein, plus a Bizarro World adventure).
